Remarks
- Each of the device comes with a single license that will be attached to a single desktop or laptop - user will need to decide and confirm upon installation.
- There will be extra charges of RM 150 incurred if the following issues occurred after E-Tech IT' s engineer done installation:
- Laptop or desktop down
- Operating system corrupted and require reinstall
- Change/ transfer of user to another laptop or desktop
Product Warranty
- On-site warranty includes one-to-one swap at customer site.
- This warranty only cover for hardware. Software and license issue is not inclusive. There will be extra RM 150 charges incurred for software issue.
- Delivery and installation is inclusive. Do take note that this is only to the designated customer laptop or desktop with license (Only for single laptop/ desktop).
- License is tied to the designated laptop or desktop.
