License Warranty (7 working days)
The 7-working-day warranty covers the Biometric license only if all hardware and software prerequisites are met. The warranty is void under any of the following conditions:
- System Requirements Not Met: The PC or laptop must run Windows 10 or higher.
- Non-Genuine Windows: Using a cracked or pirated Windows installation can render the license invalid after a system format.
- PC/Device Name Modification: The PC/Device Name must be finalized prior to installation and must not be changed afterward.
- Third-Party Cables: Using non-original cables instead of the original Biometric cable can lead to device malfunction.
- License Transfer or Hardware Upgrades: The license is non-transferable to another machine. Upgrading or replacing the hard drive breaks the license binding and requires purchasing a new one.
- Multi-PC Usage: One license is strictly valid for one (1) PC. Additional computers require separate licenses.
- Software Conflict: The PC must not have the MyEG service or application installed, as it conflicts with the Aeon application.
